No flowers delivered!

I placed an order on Thursday Feb. 10 to have flowers delivered to my daughter, since I am out of town and cant be with her for Valentines Day. Needless to say Valentines Day is here and NO FLOWERES were delivered to her. I am disgusted with businesses like this. I am filing a claim against this company with the Better Business Bureau and with my bank.
