Ripoff sell defective products, customer service rude dont care about customers Chicago Illinois

I purchased an Xbox 360 for my husband for his birthday this year. That was in August, but we received the Xbox360 in Mid-September.

My husband had problems getting the system up and running so he called xbox live support. After several days of being transferred to different departments and customer service seeming not to care about customers or be aware of their own product he finally reached someone willing to help who got him up and running on his new game.

Shortly thereafter, my husband started having problems with the Xbox 360 blacking out inbetween games. Then it blacked out totally and there was no vision at all of the TV screen.

My husband called xbox live support line (MSN) and they said to send the box back and they would send another out. I sent the defective box back to the place I purchased it since I was still under in-store warranty.

I received the xbox back. My husband played on int about 2 weeks and he couldn't play certain xbox 360 games. He called xbox live support and they said the game was probably defective.

He should send back the hard drive and they would send him another one. However, their computers were down and he should call back the following day. He called back and talke to a different a sales person who said he would have to send his hard drive back first.

My husband said that is not what I was told yesterday. They said they would send me a hard drive and then I send mine back. The customer service rep said well I guess you will be waiting a long time. My husband asked was that how they treated all their customers. My husband asked to speak to a supervisor to understand why one day he gets one response and the next day MSN Xbox live support is on a totally different level. The customer service rep then hung up the phone on my husband. That was yesterday November 9 around 9:00 P.M.

Neither of us could not understand this type of response from such a great and reputable company as Microsoft. They are selling xbox 360's which are relatively expensive for a video game.

The games are defective and they don't want to hear about it. I have had other friends and me other people in games stores that also complain about numerous problems with MSN.

If they were interested, truly in the customer, they would provide my husband a full refund and let him return the xbox 360 to chose a more customer oriented company to spend our money with.
