We ordered an Ifrared sauna from this company which was delivered to us in terrible condition. There were so many things wrong with it that we asked for our money back and they refused. They initially gave us a discount because of the known cosmetic defects, but after only two weeks of use, wood started cracking and breaking away from a main panel and cracking at the top of the sauna. "Supports" for one of the panels were mostly broken, causing one carbon panel to bend down and crease.infrared works vertically, so if the panel is bending down, you get no benefit from that part of the panel. The other carbon panels have something weird going on with them which the company doesn't know what it is, but they refuse to replace them. The workmanship is terrible and their marketing is a scam. They do NOT stand behind their products. So, we're stuck with a lemon sauna which we do not want and they have our money. We have detailed emails and photos which we have sent the company.
