My name is Craig L. I am a independent automotive extended warranty claims inspector I work for most major extended warranty companies and some auto manufacturers I also do pre-purchase and pre-warranty inspections as a sub-contracted employee. On 6/6/08 I was contacted by Coast-to-Coast Automotive Inspection Company and asked to perform a pre-purchase inspection in Pasco Wa. On a 2002 snap on van. The inspection was performed and coast-to-coast was faxed an invoice for $80.00 as agreed, no check ever arrived. I submitted a 2nd invoice, no responds I emailed a 3rd invoice and was e-mailed from Debbie that a check had been sent but not cashed and a new check would be sent, this was on 8/22/08 no check number or date when check was mailed was provided. No new check ever arrived.

I have e-mailed coast-to coast again and got no responds.

From what I have been able to find on the Internet this seem to be the way coast-to-coast does business. How sad that a company will steal both from the consumer and employees. There are many reputable automotive inspection companies out there
