About 3 1/2 months ago I switched from cable to AT&T service as my internet provider. They made the necessary connections and my internet was working. However, they have left the cable from the telephone box going into my house, outside on the front yard lawn. In spite of calling repeatedly every week, it is no buried in the lawn as promised.
I have spent close to $ 100.0 in telephone bills trying to find out when it will be done. Every time there is a new excuse - waiting to get permit, or cannot find order #. In fact customer service does not seem to have a clue as to what person to contact & have given me run around for last 3 and 1/2 months.
