Unethical and fraudulant business practice

I have made a purchase on 01/21. My receipt no in 27025 and it was one futon and 2 chest of drawers. I was asked to pick my merchandise the next day (01/22) accordingly I hired a truck and went to the shop but the sales man their told me that the futon is not ready I said ok and requested to give me a call when ready. I did not receive any call. I again called on Monday (01/24) and they said yes it is ready and I can pick it up anytime I want. So I have again arranged a truck on Saturday (1/29) and when I went their they said they r closed. No one from the shop called me to let me know that they r closed and Saturday is their working day. Even then I said ok and accepted it then again Ihave arranged a truck for the next Saturday (02/05). I called the shop on Friday (02/04) to check if everything is ok, they said now the chest is not ready. I told the person behind the phone that I can not arrange the pick up anymore as it was never my fault cause the first and the last time the merchandises were not ready and the second time ware house was closed, which I was not informed. After a while the person attending the phone said that she will call me back. I did not receive any call and again called myself. This time Jenice said ok we understand that it is the shop's mistake and the manager has promised to give a free delivery at my place on Monday. Monday (02/07) I called in the morning and the manager (Levi) said that I have to pick it up, Pina furniture will not make the delivery. I have also canceled my meeting (02/07), so that i can stay home and attend the delivery, as promised by laura, the manager and Jenice. Even then I had arranged a truck for the fourth time and went there on Wednesday (2/9). They could not deliver saying one chest is not ready. Finally I had enough and cancelled the deal.in total I have lost $120 and important meetings. Moreover I have bought a mattress set a few months back and recently I have found out that it is second hand. While selling nobody from Pina Furniture communicated that it is second hand neither it is said neither in their flyer nor in their online communication. I am just a student, and my economic condition is weak. I do not know how many customers have been cheated by them but I have really suffered both mentally and financially.
