To Whom This May Concern:

I'm holding my 4 month old in my arms crying right now because of the nightmarish situation I'm going through with Toy's R Us.

On July 8, I ordered the Baby Cache Montana Lifetime Convertible Crib. After receiving the crib I opened up the box to a crib that: 1. Looks nothing like the picture I saw on your website 2. The finish looks like it was completely wiped off 3. Emits a horrible oily-varnish odor that lingers in the room (not suitable for anyone, much less babies) 4. I cannot order the a convertible kit for it on your website because it's nowhere to be found. I've never paid so much money for something that I've been so disatisfied with.

My complaint: Most importantly, two weeks have passed and I have scheduled 3 times to have the crib picked up - unfortunatley, the first time I called to schedule a pickup there was no record on file! Today, I was told if no one calls within 3-5 days (again the 3rd time) they will have to schedule a pickup two more times before they can do anything about it. This is absurd! I'd like my money back now! My son will be 4 months old on Aug 12, and because of Toy's R Us' mistakes and policies I have no crib for my son and no money to buy one. Please, please help!

I would like to file a formal complaint and I'd like a phone call from someone other than the 15 people I've spoken to so far that do not have the authority or obviously capability to help me and keep placing me on hold for hours at a time!
