Unauthorized withdrawl from checking account

On february 3rd i had 20.00dollars taken out of my checking account. It was an unauthorized transaction. My bank gave me the phone number that came with the transaction and i called it. Of course no one answered the phone and i am very upset. I am on a fixed income disability and people like this should be run out of town!!! I need my 20.00 dollars.
