Unauthorized Transaction, took $25 out of my account and have no idea who they are

Was checking over my online banking and discovered this transaction, have no idea what they are or what services they provide. Tried calling them but got voicemail. It also says authorization on file, bull. Took $25 of my money, I will fight to get it back.
