Why does the Internet allow these Paid To Click continue to operate when they lie and don't pay as advertised? I have earned over the required $25,000.00 to cash out and have requested 3 payouts equaling that amount and even paid them $199.00 to upgraded to premium membership so I would get paid sooner and still nothing. I have sent messages to their support asking when I will be paid and get my free laptop, and 200 paid referrals and I never get a response back and once my request was returned to my email address on file saying delivery failure.
Is there some way I can make them pay me what they owe me?
