Day staff at Georgetown, TX store always friendly & helpful. Evening staff could care less about customer service. Not rude, just should have acted like they cared and made an effort to remedy the problem. I ordered a pool cover and was told it would be shipped from another store and should take a couple days. Was told would call when in. Nobody called. Finally found out it never shipped. My problem is if you have a clipboard with orders on it shouldn't somebody be checking the status of those orders DAILY. Maybe someone should have verified it wasn't shipped SOONER. Not wait for me to finally come in and say hey where's my cover I paid almost $200 for over a week ago after calling 3x and told "We'll check on it & call you back"
