By far the most upset I have been at customer service, stupid policies and the awsome fees that don't make any sense. I was placed on hold for about 10 mins just for verifying my credit card. They also did not explain anything well. Of course I kept my cool and my patience and did not curse or say anything negetive, although it was very hard. Over all, in my opinion, orbitz is overated and shallow. Sorry William Shattner.
