Where do I start. Yes, I know the Samsung Intensity 2 is supposed to be Samsungs cheapest model, but charging any amount of money for this is outrageous. This is by far the worst phone I've ever owned. Don't waste your money. There are so many design flaws it's as if nobody at Samsung bothered to test it at all. I could take all day to list the ways this phone sucks. Please do not waste your money like I did.
