Stop ripping people i didn`t wont your services

I never wanted this credit card. I have been see a charge to my bank account of a service i never wanted or used. I called the company tried to tell the lady on the phone i never wanted this card. I asked her to send me the package where it tell me what i was suppose to have when i called to try to cancel i cant get through. I am sick of this mess!!!
