Ripoff, not honoring extended warranty bad services, inexperience tech employee, bad customer services, CALIFORNIA

I bought a complete SONY VAIO system customerized computer from bestbuy for $2,800 with two years extended warranty. But to my surprise, the tech employee who customerized my system install all the software in my C: Drive and each time, I access my system read C: Drive is full.

So I took it back to BESTBUY for repair first they ask me to pay for checkup. And not only that they use the shortest way of fixing computer -Restore Disk - back to manufacturer set up so what happen to that bestbuy promotion of system customerization I Paid for.

To BestBuy tech dept they have fix it - Quess what I lost all the system customerization and I had been trying for the company to restore what I paid for even my two years extended warranty doesn't cover it says BestBuy &when i bought the warranty they told me I was covered on this & that. My professional Window XP was deleted, and other installation was uninstall.

DO NOT BUY BESTBUY extended warranty again
