I placed multiple calls that took a total of about 3 hours. Reps don't know why email messages sent to me are bouncing. This is the 3rd time in three years that I've experienced the same problem.in the past, after multiple phone calls taking hours, they eventually fixed it. There is nothing that I did to cause incoming messages to bounce. They don't know what to do, who to transfer me to, or how to find out how this was fixed previously. Each tech starts at the beginning of a script, asking me the same useless questions. Once each person realizes he/she doesn't know what to do, then he/she asks if I have any other questions they can help with. Really? I am still missing email. They actually suggested that I call every person who received bounced email messages from my ISP and have them call my ISP. Seriously? Like RR would even talk to someone else about my email?!
