I am very disappointed in David's Bridal. First of all, you can not talk to a real person. You have to leave a message and they will respond with in 24-48 hours! Second, they never call you back! It has been over a week and I have yet to get a response. It says not to leave multiple messages. After a week of hearing nothing through phone or email, I have subjected to leaving multiple messages in hoping to get a response.
I called the closest store and the assistant manager was going to send an email also. However, she has not heard anything yet either. Something is wrong when a manager can't even contact customer service.
I will not be doing anymore business with them, and I will definitly not recommend them to anyone. I thought they had a good name, but after seeing the multiple complaints and experiencing it myself, I realize this is a poor company to do business with!
