I worked for this company for quite a while. Long enough, at least, to know exactly how it works. Most of what you hear is true. It is very sugar-coated. The problem is, each company has a separate LLC. So even though you might sell Allstar Motivation perfume, you probably do not work directly for that company, which relieves them of any liability.
You will have to tell lies to sell the perfume. You will most likely sell "rendition" fragrances - this is a nice word for generic. And you will be trained to tell people that they are designer. Or you might sell Billy Nolan's cheap original brand. And they really are very low-quality. There is hardly any oil in most, the paint peels off the bottle, etc.
A few people will love it any buy all the time. Many people will chase you off their property if they see you again after the first time they use the product. Therefore, you will probably make less and less money, as I did, because territory gets burned through easily by the low-quality product.
