I saw a hot dog cart on ebay and thought it would be a good side business. I'm disabled and cannot work a regular job. Well not only did this guy Nick or Barry take my money and ship me a cart that was not functional and no title so I couldn't register the thing.
I tried calling the man and he did answer but told me a pack of lies and never delivered on his promises. The first day we talked, I asked him about how to pay. He asked me for my credit card number. I told him I wanted to check out the contract and so he sent to me to check out. I really just didn't want to give him my card number. Well I agreed on a cashiers check but a lot of good that did me. He just went ahead and cashed it. There is no way of getting my money back now and to make thing worst, I own a hot dog cart that doesn't work and if it did, I cant register it. Nick or Barry or what ever your name is, you are going to have your day behind bars. Just a matter of time before they catch up with you. You idiot, what makes you think you can do business hiding out. If anyone out there would like to get together and file a class action law suit, I'd be willing to go along with it.
