As with the others, I responded to an E-Bay ad for a hot dog cart and it sounded like a great deal. Nick communicated with me unitl the money was received. It has been over a month and no word from him. I gave him $1,900 and no cart has been delivered. He gave me a tracking number, but when the shipping company went out to pick up the cart, they discovered that it was a residential address. The individual who answered the door said that they were unaware of anything needing to be shipped. At this point, I will do like the others and pursue Mr. Smalls.
