Stole $49.95 from my bank account without my authorization or Knowledge, there is no customer service, just a voicemail

This company stole $49.95 from our checking account in my husbands name and overdrew our account.initially the bank would not refund overdraft charges so I contacted the Banks Regulatory system and was told that this was identity theft and that the bank had to right to charge us overdraft fees; that we are the victim; not the crime. The bank finally reversed the fees, but I was told that they would not reverse if it happened again and that I must open a new bank account.

I did contact this company three times via telephone and it is simply a voicemail. There is no customer service. They do not return calls because it is a scam and they need to be shut down. The bank did not even investigate. I am going to try and find out who to report this fraudulant company to.
