I canceled my membership with eHarmony on February 12. I cancel online and also by telephone. I wanted to make sure that I would not get charged on February 16 and additional fee of $45.95. Therefore, I canceled in time. I was confirm by the eHarmony representative on the telephone that the account was closed and that I would not get charged. The representative emailed me confirmation. On February 21, my bank account was again charged the amount of $45.95. EHarmony refuses to reimburse me this amount. They are dishonest and this to me is fraud. I have a copy of the email dated February 12 confirming cancellation. They were not suppose to have charged an additional fee.
