Negative response to request for Marlboro "Miles" catalog

I have been a Marlboro smoker for 30yrs. Six months ago I decided to start saving my Marboro "Miles" for free or reduced priced gifts. I contacted the Phillip Morris Co, Inc for a catalog. The salesman said he would mail it right out.

(Note: I have not found their phone no. Since)

I have not received their catalogue and am wondering what to do with the 1000 "Marlboro Miles" I now have and are growing.

Can you help me out, please.
