On 9/26 I mailed my order form, money order for shipping & handling, and marlboro miles to the above referenced company. On 10/22/200, two of the three items ordered were shipped, the invoice stated the third item was being shipped separately.
Whereas, this has yet to occur.
On 1/15, I called their 800 number asking what happened to the last shipment of my order; I was told it had been shipped, but they would re-ship it. Consequently, I HAVE NOT received my third item, as of today.
When the same situation happened to me in the past, the center shipping the goods, re-sent me my unrecieved items via return reciept requested mail. Whereas, on another occassion, my shipping fees and marlboro miles were returned to me, along with the items ordered and a letter apologizing for over-looking my order.
