When I opened the account with porco they said that since my credit is low IWould have to be COD and that my price would be 2.18 per gallon on november when my husband called the story changed we had to pay before receiving the propane they put a hold on my credit card for $600.00 and when the delivery guy came they charged my account $258.00 after receiving the payment they release the hold now in december 17 to avoid those charges in our credit card my husband went to their office paid them upfront $300.00 in cash and was told that they would deliver on moday december 20th when I came from work my kids where wearing coats and my house was colder inside than outside when I called and spoke to Chris he said that the $300.00 was for an old balance and in order for us to receive delivery I would need to pay him $225.00 for delivery plus whatever amount of propane he puts in the tank and any additional. Since we did not have more money to pay extra fees we ask if he could deliver the next day he did not guaranteed but he will try, meanwhile my 3kids are freezing no heat, hotwater or gas to cook.
