Illing turned into loss of service

I questioned my billing it doubled. I was pushed into getting faster speed. I said no 7 times before i accepted explaining that it took 7 weeks and 12 plus hours on the phone to get the d.S.L. I had. After the change was entered into your system. My service was cut. It took 9 days to get back online. I was also told by one of the people helping me my service should only been off line for 4 hours maximum not 9 days. I guess your employees just don't care or they need to be retrained. I must have heard sorry 50 times while on the phone trying to get service restored. And another 3 plus hours.
