On January 14, I called Verizon to have the speed of my internet increase. Clara told me that they couldn't do it. However, she then stated I got it. After hanging up I was checking my email and notice something from Verizon asking for my approval of a digital telephone line that I didn't ask for. I called and cancelled the order. I called back on the 15th making sure the order was cancelled. On January 19, I came home from work no dial tone. Called them and they stated my service would be back on by 5:00PM the 19th.

Today is January 22 I still have no service. I checked the status and now it's saying my service will be restored on January 23. Everyday I call about my service I'm told something different. This should have never happen I never asked to have anything done with my home telephone line. After the phone was not restored. On the 20th I called they stated it would be restored on the 21st of January at 5:00PM. I have now been without a telephone line for 4 days going into the 5th day for the mistake of Verizon. They are also trying to commit me to a 2 year contract that I never gave consent to for a digital line. I would have never asked for a digital line my husband is incarcerated and if my line was digital he cannot contact me.
