Bought 3 SS QR Fender cleats from these folks. Shipment was prompt and product looked good. Two of the three however failed within a month. Detent ball fell out of QR pin. Sent email in early November. Got an immediate apology and request for order number which was sent same day. Sent four emails and attempted to call a number of times (can't leave a message, mailbox full) and no further contact from Marinepartdepot for 8 weeks.
