I ordered 4 open body turnbuckles with a breaking point of 1200 lbs. I received closed body turn buckles with a breaking point of 400 lbs. Completely unsafe for mast shroud adjusters. Telephone calls go to a answering machine and are not returned. I will try emailing but I don't expect a response after reading the other complaints. My order was $62.00.
