Like so many others, I have been waiting 9 frustrating months for my replacement brushes, but to no avail. I have called and e-mailed them countless times... All with the short response of, "you should receive them in a few days, I have made a request to ship them out..." the key word being "SHOULD"!
I have also had shipping charges keep coming off my credit card, with nothing to show for it. I am cancelling any future charges. It is even more frustrating, because I work for a Police agency in Canada, and I *still* can't seem to get any satisfaction. Do I have to go out to California?
Oh... I have also e-mailed Robert Urich, with your Rip-Off web site attached to the e-mail for his viewing pleasure. I am soooooo angry!
