I purchased the Cybersonic System in September. I am very happy with the product other than trying to deal with the company and what they promised on their infommerical and on their website.
Since I was paying $100.00 for a toothbrush, I expected to get what I was paying for. Upon puchasing the "entire" system via their website, I was promised to have a lifetime supply of replacement brushes every 3 months for just $4.95 for S/H.
I have been trying to contact them since Jan. 2002 to find out what has happened to my replacement brushes.
Finally in May I found their customer service 800# and called to inquire about my missing brushes.
After 10 minutes of "reseaching" my account, I was told that I was not in their database, therefore I could not have the Cybersonic system, "that I must have purchased some other system".
After an angry discussion with their "customer service rep" I said that even if I wasn't in their database, I did indeed own their system and needed replacement brushes. I was then told that a new order would be placed in my name and that I would be sent the brushes.
The customer service rep asked for my information and then asked for a credit card number to charge $25.90 plus $4.95 S/H to my credit card. That was $30.85 for replacemente brushes that were originally supposed to be mailed automatically for just $4.95.
I immediatly hung up the phone. What a RIP OFF!!!
If you purchase this system, (which I have found to work) ask them for their warranty and replacement brushes guarentee in writing or you will be out of luck!
