I purchased a cordless toothbrush from cybersonic, torrance, ca in jun. I was suppose to receive 2ea replacement brushes in three month intervals, but never received any, although cybersonic took $5.02 from my credit card for the brushes.
I called many times to no avail, then i sent an email to robert urich, email address, "[email protected]". He sent my email to mary armstrong of cybersonic, and after a month or so, she took action and in jan i did receive my 2ea replacement brushes. So, this may work for all others who are still waiting for their replacement brushes. Good luck.
