Ripoff poor customer service

I first took my vehicle to Tanner in January and have been back four times. Each time they have kept the car for awhile. I have had my car about half of the time since then. When I go in to the store they will not be straight with me about the PROBLEM OF CONTINUING PROBLEMS. They will not give a detailed receipt about what was done and what they say on the phone is never what they say when you come in. Don, the service manager is condescending and rude repeating the same phrase over and over againg despite your question. "Your car is fixed and running fine now please make me aware of any problem." I have called the store manager and received no call back. I have asked about the possibility of extending the warrenty to makeup for all this time on the warrenty that I have not had my car. I was told "not going to happen." I have not driven my car since picking it up last time on 4/24. I guess we'll see if this is the last time. I really regret not researching them on the web or BBB. I usually do that. I was told they are a local company and I like to support local business and that they have been around awhil. So, I just took it for granted. I really can't beleive they are still around with the treatment of their customers.
