This is the worst warrenty ever. We bought light colored furniture and thought that because of that getting the warrenty would be a great idea in case we ever got a stain on it. As it happened we were folding some laundry and put a pair of jeans over the back of the couch, and those jeans rubbed off some color on the cushions. We called right away to file out claim since you only have like 72 hours to file it. They told us to take pictures and turn them in with a copy of our warrenty. When they called back they told us they were not going to come and fix the problem because the stain was black, and they only cover staind from blue jeans. Like I said before, WORST warranty company ever.
