Pain Clinic that gives you more pain and charge you for it!

Recently i was in a car accident and have went to different doctors and specialists due to a problem with my back. I went to chiropractics and specialists and received many treatments which as not been helping so aside all of the insurances and lawyers i took it up on my self to find and go to a pain clinic with my MRI looking to speak to a doctor and seewhat i can take for my pain to help me.
September 27th i walked in to awalk in clinic and asked to see a doctor they told me 1st time patient is a $300 fee which i gave them in cash and they gave me a 50 page packet to fill out with all of my medical history which also included questions about medications. I listed what i was taking now and that it was not helping and i needed something stronger for the pain. After i completed the paperwork i gave it back to the front desk staff. I waitedfor over 2 hrs when they called me to the window one of the nurses stuck her hand out with a card handing it to me and telling me that i have to comeback on october 8th because that is when the prescription i have now expires and she also told me it was illegal to be asking for pain medication while u have a prescription that was filled and u must wait until the expiration is in effect. I told her i did not know any laws about medications and its not something i deal or dealt with beforein my life so I dont know that laws about medicine. I told the nurse i live far and i dont want to comeback there so i asked for my money back. The nurse told me that they did a lot of work and that i was not going to get my money and they have a no refund policy! I dont know what workthey did that cost $300 but i never received a service nor seen a doctor! I left in pain having to wait almost 2 weeks until october 8th.
October 8th i came back with my receipt and a card that the nurse wroteon to comeback on the 8th. I gave the card to the nurse and with a big attitude she told me that as if OCTOBER 1st the laws changed and that they are not taking any new patients until further notice and that they will call me when they can see me. So i asked for my money back and she told me again NO!
I feel like i was tricked by these people. They did not do anything for me except give me the run around after they took my money. I was never seen by a doctor and was never even taken to a room by a nurse. These people took my $300 that i paid out of my pocket for nothing!!! I definitely Do not want to be a patient there anymore and i really want my money back so i can see another doctor. The way that doctor was represented by his staff is NOT a doctor i can ever trust now. They never asked me any questions if i was taking any medications which they should ask uthat knowing they cannot accept u as a patient if u are taking other medications. They took my money 1st than they gave me paper work where it asks if i take medications long after they took the money.
Also i noticed on October 8th when i was inside the clinic at the window there was a clipboard with people that have been signing in as new patients and fallow up patients and just that day alone on October 8th was 4 new patients. The nurse was screaming at me and telling me its not her job to explain the laws to me and that if she wanted she could discharge me from the clinic if she wanted to. Meaning either way my $300 is gone andthe pain in back is worse due to all the stress now that i encountered. I really want someone to help me because i am 100% sure this happened to other people and they will continue doing this if no one says anything. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it and nexttime be way more careful before i hand over the cash!
I just want my money back! They did not do anything! I did not see a doctor i did not speak to a doctor and never even went to a room to waitfor the doctor. I was in the lobby waiting room and thats as far as i got! I filled out paper work but thats all. No service provided for me at all and on top of that they gave me a BIG attitude!!!
