Their state of California has started keeping all my child-support funds for help I received years ago. My ex husband hasn't compensated in a regular way and today he may be the condition is getting it. I'm like I'm spending their state when he ought to be spending them back since he did not pay child support. Anybody have any idea what I will do to prevent their state from keeping my funds?
