On Dec 7th I was signed up for a plan that the company doesn't even have. I feel the assistant sales manager Humberto Alicea should know the plans. He informed me that with 550 mins, that I had five phone numbers that do not count against my mins. My husband talks to another person Alicea who said know that is the 800 mins. My husband is retired fireman and I have been a crime victim and disabledNow. I also didn't have the box because I was going to keep this plan and was very happy with the service, (that was after I filled out a nice survey) before I discovered that I was lied to. Is that what it takes for a company to get customers. If I have to pay extra for two phones, fine! But not with at&t. One employee was right in front of me drawing on a piece of paper. I am glad he was interested in the problem. One gentleman asked me to calm down, said he was a manager, as well. Guess all of them are in that little booth. I think he would have been upset if he was sold a plan that doesn't even exist with a company then have to pay re-stocking fees and all this other monies that they can get out of you. I am going to keep writing until I get some answers. Should have did research on the internet, found a lot of complaints. I will send this to Better Business as well, not that your company should care if it is anything like the employees that we had to deal with last night. I expect nothing to be done so I will be looking for another phone service today. Be sure and thank all the employees for the monies that they took me for. Very professional.
