Horrible Service

Order bunny slippers on 10-15-11. Called them on 12-13-11 to see why not recieved my order as of yet. Talked to one operator after having to sit on hold for over 30 mins, demanded a manager, got Michael who promised I would have my slippers by the end of the week with no extra charge to me. They was going to be fed ex.

As of today 12-23-11 the slippers are in Indiana and on the way here. They are scheduled to be arriving here on the 27th. 2 days after christmas!

My husband called them back on the 19th to see about our order and told the operator John that he was driving and all the operator would say is log in to our website. My husband told him about 15 times he couldnt and asked for a manager again. All John could say was log in, log in. My husband told him several more times get me a manager. He told my husband that there was none available. How convient is that. My husband asked for John's employee id and John disconnected the call.

This is def not over. As soon as i get the shoes, I will be back on the phone with them to set on hld again for another 30 mins to let them know exactly how I feel about them.

I wish I would have never dealt with this company. This has been a horrible experience and I will warn everyone that I can about this company! I am also contacting the better business bureau over this one!!!
