There are three main problems I faced with this company: 1. They advertised their product to be authentic; but it turned out to be fake: I ordered a Burberry polo shirt that was discounted. When I received the shirt, the check on the collar and the Burberry logo stitch were totally different from real polo shirts. 2. I ordered a Medium size and received a Large size instead. 3. When I tried to return the item for these reasons, my emails requesting a return authorization number were not answered. Furthermore, when I called the company to ask for a return authorization number, I was told one over the phone, but the rep refused to send it over the email (despite the fact, this was their written procedure for returns). The customer representative was extremely rude on the phone. Some quotes from him are the following: "You don't have to make this a federal case", "Don't call me again" I would like to receive my money back and this company to be investigated for false product advertising.
