This customer was accidentally shipped a jacket from our home address that we received as a return LAST YEAR. RnThe jacket had been a warehouse that has a small fire. And was return to us by a different customer. RnWe took care of the customer from last year, and hung the returned jacket in a closet. RnWe had forgotten about why the jacket had been returned, Once we figure out what we had done, Daniel Howard was shipped a new Jacket from our China Supplier. RnHe signed for this NEW jacket on 11-22 It was shipped by DHL and we do have copies of his signature. RnOn 11-22-*2010 he contact me saying that the jacket was smoked up, and had no tags and he had thrown it in the trash. RnI asked him the to retrieve the jacket and return it back to me. RnI have all correspondence between us. RnI did not hear from him again until I contacted him asking him to remove the negative rating that he had given to us on Ebay. RnIt was at this time that I told him that I knew had had two jackets and knew one had been in a fire in the warehouse so I knew what he was saying was true to a degree. RnI never requested that he return the smoked up jacket when the new jacket was sent to him. RnI truly intended for him to keep both jackets.By the way these jackets are MACHINE WASHABLE. RnI did not explain to him why it was accidentally shipped or that the jacket was a return from LAST YEAR. RnHe now says the jacket was never in the trash but outside in a shed since it smelled so bad. RnHe denies that he has received both jackets. RnOne smoked up and a new one. He says it's the new jacket that smells. RnWhat He is wanting to do is return the smoked up jacket back to me, and receive a full refund and then keep the good jacket. RnHence get a free jacket. RnI am currently working with Ebay, Paypal and now since he has decided to escalate this scam, we are contacting our Lawfirm. Harris, McMahan, Peters, & Thompson which our daughter works for. RnWe all realize what he is trying to do. RnEbay has just put a hold on his case. RnI am currently getting together all emails, shipping receipts and confirmations on the tracking for both jackets. RnThe Okies Deals company is very committed to stopping all scams on the internet. RnWe report all scam attempts to the government. RnWe report all scam attempts to our local police department. RnWe can send copies of these ratings as well to prove that we are an honest company that works hard to keep a good reputationrnrnWhy would we, as a company that works hard to keep good ratings, then throw this all to the wind over one customer?
