I ordered a "free sample" of this product a year ago and after receiving an email confirming my order noticed that there was small print at the bottom of the email stating that I had gotten a "free 30 day trial" of some kind of online fitness scam. I immediately called to say "whoa"... Sent them an email, and then called again THAT VERY DAY to tell them I did not purchase this "service" that all I wanted to try was the Colotox. They subsequently charged my credit card $29.95 for some company called "Fit Factory". It took me weeks last year to get this fixed, in the meantime I paid interest on the amount because I wouldn't pay for something I didn't order. This year they "automatically renewed" the same thing I didn't order last year, from the same company, "Fit Factory." Didn't catch it the first month they billed because we were on vacation and my husband didn't go thru the bill. However, some very nice girl at a "billing warehouse"... After being firmly convinced that I would pursue it legally, cancelled both of the charges and gave me a refund/cancellation number. A couple words of advice... Never buy anything online with a credit card that has several years before expiration. Never buy from central coast nutraceuticals or the bloggers that claim to have "found the perfect combination" of anything really. I learned a lesson from this and will not buy things through this company ever again. This is a huge scam, and I'm sure its not the only company doing it.
