Your policies regarding inferior merchandise are ridiculous. I do not get any response when I write. Or on the internet like this one. I am still waiting for an item that was ordered about a month ago. A Dewalt cutter. Also one of the items I did receive doesnt work at all. It was a laser radar detector. I was informed that if I want a refund, that you do not credit the bids that were used for that item. I think that is a big rip-off I am sending all this info to the proper authorities. And all complaint organizations that I can find. I am a customer service Rep. For a very large corporation. So I know what is the right thing to do in these types of cases. I was kind of thrilled at the whole concept of this Quibids and told all my friends and customers. I am going to make some more calls I guess to warn them of your policies. This is my 4th try at trying to reach you. The phone # that u provide is a joke as well. Twice I tried 60 min. Wait time. That alone tells me something RL
