On 12-3-10, I called Hungry Howies to get a price on several large pizza's. I was quoted a price and wrote it down. I want to be prepared for delivery. A family member happened to be driving by, so she stopped and paid for my order. I later found out that they charged her $15.00 more than my quoted price! The next day, I went back to HH's with the receipt and spoke to the manager. I was absolutely shocked when the manager spoke sarcasticly to me in front of other customers, was clearly rude and became angered simply because I asked him to explain the charges. He became loud, and stated that I got "the best deal possible" He never apologized or offered me anything for the trouble. When I left, I said that our only recourse, was to take our business elsewhere. His response was "that's good!" Obviously, this business has so many customers that it's ok to be rude, arrogant and cocky with people, that losing a customer doesn't hurt them. If I were a business owner, I would do everything I could to please my customers, keep their business and behave respectfully. This business has a lot to learn!
