On 11/22 I called in a delivery order to Hungry Howies the total was $24.81 I gave my credit card number and was told the order would arrive in 45 minutes. After waiting for more than the estimated time I called back and they said they had no record of my order being place so I said that I had already given you my credit card number so let me speak with a manager, another man got on the phone and I repeated the story to him and he said "Oh that person is new your order should arrive in 20 minutes"Finally the delivery comes and I sign the receipt and get my copy and close the door to enjoy my not only late dinner but cold also. I was going over my bank statement on 11/28 and I saw that Hungry Howies charged me $29.81 instead of $24.81 so I called the bank first to see how much HH submitted for and the associated stated $29.81 so then I called Hungry Howies asked for a manager and I spoke with Tim and he said did I give a tip I told him no because not only did I have to wait a long time but also the food was cold so no I didn't give a $5 tip for the service I received. He took my name and telephone number stating he would call me back and I haven't heard anything from him yet.
