Won't honor warrante

Sometime back in Oct. I contacted the store sales person to see if they would honor thier warrante, he stated that the manager worked a different shift and that I would have to speak to him I gave him my phone# and asked him to have the manager call me. Several days went by and noone called so I called him, but he was not there he had gone on Vacation and would not be back for 10 days. I waited 10 days for his return and called he answered and said let me try and get in touch with that Company even though he had quit dealing with that Company for a while. He tried but, he drew a blank to but he would keep trying, this went on for a few more wks. Then I called again but got a salesperson stating he would be out of town for another wk, I stated my position about the incident and he said have a nice day then hung up. I would just like for them to honor the warrantee for the Box springs and Mattress. Thank You James Wilson I don't like to say anything but I'm 64 and on a walker and I feel that he promised and hasn't delivered.
