1739 Superior Costa Mesa ripoff dishonest would not honor there own return policy

I purchased sparkplugs, and they failed the car ran terable, they were a new prototype from bosche, whith a 100 thousand mile warrantee I called the manager at the kragen store in costa mesa he told me to buy a new set and return the old set after I relaced them. I came in to get a refund whith the old fuoled plugs and the manager gave me abad attitude and wuold not honor his original warrantee, the one on the wall or the one on the reciept. He got me to buy a new set and now he wouldn't honor his own policy.
