I contracted with Balance to move me from Richmond, Va to REno nv. They gave me a cheap quote, then once the deposit was paid and the move started they started to shake me down for more money (useless box fees, extra mileage fees).. Once I asked for my goods (they were stored free for a month) it took them over a month to get my goods to me... They broke some of my things, and even lost a huge entertainment center!!! They did not stand by their work, and are in the process of hiding so they can not be sued. There are plenty of good American companies that will move you (I have had good experiences in the past!) and stand by their work... These people need to be put out of business (they are being sued) so that no one else is hurt.
