12/4 2:39 eastern I received a call from someone verifying my name and address and stating we'd like to give you a 0 interest credit card. He wanted to know which bank I dealt with and its location. I did a quick search on CR Bancorp and the first thing that appeared was this website. Thank goodness for it!
I asked for his # and he gave me the 800# - which of course was busy. The number on my caller ID was 208-209-#. This is a sham! Never give your personal info over the phone. I asked him to send me the application via the mail and he advised "well, we used to but people throw them away!" I'll report their phone # to someone - either the FTC or Al Sharpton! Someone has got to stop them! Be aware!
