Case #9180898. I have shipped a mother of pearl wooden jewlery box. I received an email from my client saying that it got there in pieces. (I have her email that i can fax to you!) I refunded my client and I submitted my claim to Canada post, It was declined. With the following reason. (The parcel received in our office does not bear any indication of external damage. And therefore would indicate that the shipment was not damaged during the course of mailing) Does she mean that i ship it broken? How about if my client put a new box? I shipped about 1200 parcels so far. And all over the would? I find the comment insulting? If Canada post cannot have trust in it customers than i do not know why you will a memebership card like Venture one. The one i have, With that too you would check my record? I am a small business and i did not expect that Miss Anne Marie specially that i waited for her to come back from her holidays, not even to call back and explain. Very unprofessional!
