Paid through Pay Pal for a pair of Volcom ladies sandals. Waited a couple weeks but sandals had not arrived so I logged into Anne-Shoes website and my order showed as "pending" but the payment had been processed (i.E.: they got my money). I sent an email to them but received no response. On June 1st I rec'd a pick up notice from Canada Post to go to post office. Went to post office on June 4eeth and signed for package. What was inside was NOT the sandals but a strange little flat bracelet type item which, on packaging was labeled "Bugs Lock". The sender's label is very faint on packaging but says it is from Singapore. I have filed a claim through Pay Pal to request a refund. $10.80 is not much money but these people need to be stopped from ripping off other customers.
